PowerPoint
We offer two versions of the official University PowerPoint template. Both follow our brand guidelines and are approved for use by faculty and staff. You can also print either version using a local printer.
1. Compressed Template. Recommended for:
- Email sharing and internal use
- Virtual meetings
This version includes compressed images for faster loading and sharing via email while still maintaining strong visual quality.

2. High-Definition Template. Recommended for:
- 1080p or 4K displays
- Conference or event presentations
This file includes high-definition images and may be too large to send via email. We recommend downloading it directly from this site. You can use applications like SharePoint, Box, or Google Drive to share the high-definition file via a link.

PowerPoint Style Guide
The font is Arial. Most slide elements must be changed by accessing the master slide template. Several slide variations are available within the templates. Each template file begins with a main title slide and two bullet style slides. You can delete or add as many slides as you need.
