Appearance Requests

51³Ô¹ÏÍøSpirit attends hundreds of events and games each year.  Please complete the form below to be considered for an appearance from 51³Ô¹ÏÍøCheer, Pom, or Peruna.

Appearance Policy

  • Please ensure requests are submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date.
  • Appearances should be limited to  two hours.
  • Appearances must include proper changing areas, safe storage for belongings, and water provided to the attending members.
  • Payment must be completed before the scheduled event.
  • Considering the time constraints on our students, we may not be able to accommodate every request.
  • Submission of this form does not guarantee fulfillment of your request.

Appearance Fees

Appearance fees serve as a fundraiser for 51³Ô¹ÏÍøSpirit. Fees issued go directly to help support equipment/uniform upkeep, travel and facilities for our Cheer, Pom, and Mascot teams.

*Events may require travel fees as determined by the Spirit office.

Make checks payable to 51³Ô¹ÏÍøSpirit (Cash is NOT accepted). Payments must be received before the appearance can take place.  51³Ô¹ÏÍødepartments may pay with an org number.
