Carlson Firch
After graduation Carlson will be a Private Equity Analyst at TPG in San Francisco. He is a real estate finance and pre-law student at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøfocused on investing, development, and complex deal work. Carlson has worked at Ares, Article Student Living, and Huffines Communities, gaining experience across underwriting, capital structures, and large-scale real estate projects. He also worked with LIV Golf on media and commercial strategy for Bryson DeChambeau and global events. Carlson is president of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøReal Estate Club and a co-founder of RISE, and is planning to pursue a 2+2 MBA/JD to build a career in real estate private equity, development, and transactional law.
