So you would like to be an Art History major or minor? Welcome! The Art History major and minor are open to any undergraduate student at SMU. The declaration process is straightforward:
Be sure that you have satisfied all 51³Ô¹ÏÍørequirements in order to declare a major or minor. Check with your University Advisor or Pre-Major Advisor if you are unsure.
The Art History Department is in the Meadows School of the Arts at SMU. But both the major and minor are open to all 51³Ô¹ÏÍøundergraduates, from any school.
You can only declare an Art History minor if you have already declared a major in another subject.
