Request an Item

There are different ways to request library materials, depending on what you need. We’ll help you find the right option, whether it’s something from our collections or from another library.

Hold for Pickup

You can request holds on library materials in Library Search. We will hold them at the library desk or you can use our curbside pickup or home delivery services.

Interlibrary Loan

If we don't own an item, we will try to get it from another library. Request materials from other libraries or scans of articles and book chapters from 51³Ô¹ÏÍøLibraries.

Request a Purchase

Faculty, staff, and students may recommend purchases for our library collections, including books, films, journals, datasets, and more.

Special Collections

Special Collections materials are available by appointment. Search for items in Library Search, browse our finding aids, or explore research guides.
