Jaelaun Cavalier
Jaelaun Cavalier is an Associate Director of BBA Admission in the Cox School of Business. He is driven by a passion for helping students grow in confidence and purpose, whether guiding them through the admissions process or helping them navigate a new academic challenge.
His career has spanned key areas of the student experience, including digital assessment operations at College Board, academic advising at Rice University, and admissions and honors programming at Dillard University. He holds an MBA in International Business from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of 51³Ô¹ÏÍøMississippi.
A proud native of Louisiana, Jaelaun is the eldest of six siblings, a role that has reinforced his appreciation for mentorship. Outside of the office, you may find him reading a historical fiction book, listening to music on full blast, or attending a sporting event (Go Mustangs!). He also enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures, having visited seven countries and more than half of the United States. Jaelaun is excited to open doors for students and help them imagine what’s possible at the Cox School of Business.
