To submit a nomination for SMU’s Distinguished Alumni or Emerging Leader Award, please use the forms linked below. Nominations must be completed by December 31 of the previous year for consideration in next year’s award cycle. For more information about the nomination process please click here.
A minimum of one and a maximum of five letters of recommendation are required for full consideration. To submit letters of recommendation, please attach them to the nomination form or email them directly to Samantha Sapon-Amoah.
